Two Spins
Just a quick note about the fact that I DID get two spin jobs in on the bike over the past week. I just didn't log them right afterward.
Both were 30-minute spins, and both were done in a very cold attic where my Klein is set up on the trainer up there.
Both also felt more like an hour, not just a half hour.
Both also remind me that the injury I suffered to my left groin muscle area last year was something much more serious than I thought, because it still nags me.
I wish I had more motivation to ride inside more often, but being honest, I do not. Maybe that will change as we get out of the depths of winter. But between the cold, the injury, the stiffness in general and my hours now that I am doing morning-drive on the radio, things are really tough.
Getting up at 3:15 in the morning and then doing three hours of live radio, when I get done at 9:00 a.m. and get home at about 10 or 10:30 I am tired and hungry. I have put in a full day already and dragging myself onto the trainer in the cold...well...yuk.

Total Indoor Season Miles: 22.2
