Good Number

So it is Week 2 of my annual radio bit, Weigh-In Wednesday...14 weeks until Easter week of checking and trying to get to a goal of losing 10 pounds.


I did 30 minutes on the trainer today. It did not feel as tough as last time I was on the bike. This is a slow process, but one I must stick to now if I am going to feel more comfortable riding come springtime.


Indoor Season Stats

Trainer Workout: 30 minutes; 10 easy, 5 harder, 5 hardest gear, then easier again

Workout Miles: 6.4

Total Indoor Season Miles: 28.6
