Cold Spin Out

Nothing much to report from this little ride.

You see, it's cold out. Really cold. +1 this morning.

Between the virus and the cold weather, I'm in full hibernation mode these days.

The attic where my bike is set up on the trainer is NOT heated. It is well insulated, but it's still cold up there. Now that's not too bad once you start riding, but it's the starting part that is very difficult. Pulling on cold riding clothes after stripping off your street clothes is a chore.

I debated just not doing anything today. But since that was the option taken the day before, I forced myself to at least get on and pedal for a bit. It ended up being just about a half hour and seven miles of spinning, the first non-Carmichael of the indoor season.
