Bike Bra

No computer watching during today's Carmichael workout. No need to monitor MPH or RPM. This was just an easy 45-minute Carmichael. I could tell from the start that spark was missing, so the decision was made before I ever started pedaling.

I DID remember to set up and take a picture of the bike bra I talked about in the post previous to this one.

Now if any sweat, snot or other bodily fluids drip from my head they will fall onto the bra and not my water bottle!

It is amazing how warm 27 degrees can feel after almost two weeks of a polar vortex. Since I was just taking it easy today, I stopped at about the halfway point, got off the bike and threw open the window in front of me.

I believe that was the first fresh air to come into the attic cycling room since last November.

I started the ride with a long-sleeved t-shirt under a hoodie. While riding, I pulled the hoodie off because I was getting too warm.

I know.

27 degrees and a window open may not sound right to you, but understand that last night was the first night of the last 12 that the low temperature was NOT below zero.
