Just a little 13 miles doing laps in the neighborhood to test out the leg again on a beautiful day. I just have soooo little energy after being up since 3:00 a.m. for work. Life is different now between the job hours and this left leg muscle issue not going away.

By lap seven my legs were sort of sore in places they shouldn't be and I just had no gas left in the tank so I pulled off.

Still, happy to have been able to get out in the great warm sunshine today, even if only for 13 miles.
