Spin Out
I have this belief that the day after a big, trying workout it's good to just go out and 'spin out' your tired legs.
No effort really, just spin some of the stiffness and soreness out of your tired legs.
And my legs were tired and stiff after Saturday's 30 miles of headwind and the climb at High Cliff.
Again, because I did a lap of the Lake Loop, it didn't feel as nice outside as you would think. Temp of 70 on November 8th doesn't leave me much to complain about. But I cut this off short because I felt cold.
In the sun and out of the wind it was great.
But there were some clouds, some wind, and when I was riding near the lake it was chilly.
Still, this erases the guilt of feeling like you wasted a nice weather day if you do not go out at all.
I did.
I spun out my legs. All good I guess.
