Tea for Two...

...well not really.

But it WAS a bike ride for two, as my wife Sandy and I rode together for the second time this summer, taking a nice slow Lake Loop lap with a stop at Conservancy Park.

It was here in the little park, while taking in a short rest and a drink of water, where we saw a large great blue heron spread it's wings and take flight from a hidden perch along the shoreline.

Beautiful sight.

And once again, my non-bike-riding wife just pulled off a nice little 9.4 miles on her old Bianchi. Not bad. Not bad at all.
