Learn to Sail

Took off on an early ride today just to get a little exercise, and by early for me that means rolling out at any point prior to noon.

Pop-up showers in the afternoon forecast today so all I wanted to do was get a little sweat in before hitting the shower.

I did a little exploring and then ended up on a Lake Loop lap, where I have ridden past a sign many times that reads, "Learn to Sail". I've never pulled off to look at the water, until today.

Nice little area.

What you do not see in the picture is a picnic table and another bigger bench to sit on just to the right.

Pretty day.

Hot. But pretty.

I'm talking a dew point of 68 with a temperature of 87 degrees.

Just about right if you ask me! Loves me the hot and sticky.

Same thing forecast for Wednesday, but with no threat of rain, so schedule allowing I'll go on a 'real' ride tomorrow and have a story for you here.

Stay hydrated!
