Just eleven miles today, which coincidentally put me at an even 1,100 miles for the season.

I wasn't planning on going out today because weather is moving in. But it held off long enough for an afternoon quickie today.

Plus, I wanted to test out my bike after spraying a little lubricant on the front hub and left crank at the frame. It seemed like that was an area where yesterday's squeak was coming from. Today, after the spray, I heard no such squeak noise so I must have done something right in the right place on the bike.

This date may have some riding season significance also, because it may very well be the final shorts and short sleeve ride of the year. Rain and cold moving in for the weekend and we all know what's heading this way next!
