It was a "Baker's Dozen" today, but forget about the donuts, I'm talking 13 laps of my neighborhood crit course instead of the usual 10 laps.

With rain looming and dark clouds forming overhead, I decided to just keep it close to home and do some laps to get a little exercise today.

That's the beauty of having a route like this. In times of questionable weather I still feel comfortable going out knowing that should it start to storm I am only a few minutes from home no matter where I am on the course.
