Not a bad Carmichael today. Good gearing. Good effort.

Now the effort will be to do a couple more of these in the next week.

A third listener to my PhilCast show today has informed me that he too is now going to try these Carmichael workouts.

Little goal for me, because I find that it helps incentivize myself. See that 14.8 average speed? On the next Carmichael I do, I will try to beat that average speed number. You do that by amping up either the gearing or the rpm number....or both.
