The Story
I did a basic "10's" ride, but extended it at the end to get up to the 9-mile total marker.
Nothing fancy here, just trying to fit it into my schedule for today.
Gotta hit a stiff Carmichael yet this week after failing my Weigh-In Wednesday Week 5. (gained the 1.2 back that I lost the previous week....dang Super Bowl wings!)
