The Story

Week 1 of what I call "Weigh-In Wednesdays" on my radio show the PhilCast did not go so well. I lost NO weight during the first week. I also failed to get on the bike even once during that time frame. In other words, I wasn't trying very hard.

Several of my listeners reported in with great stories about starting off right by dropping a pound or two already.

This inspired me to promise that the goal for Week 2 would be to get on the bike on the trainer for at least 30 minutes three times during the week.

This is one down.

Two to go.
