The Story
Nothing fancy here.
With a light coating of snow outside my window, I jumped on the trainer and listened back to today's PhilCast show while doing a steady spin.
It was about a half hour show, so once that was over I flipped my bike computer over from total time readout to distance. Then I picked up a few gears and rode harder to more-quickly round up the mile total to an even 10 miles ridden today.
