The Story

This foot was about the only thing that didn't bother me over the course of this short ride.

In all honesty, today should have been a rest day after two days in a row coming back after a long time away.

But this weather is just fantastic, and it guilts me into going. Nothing felt comfortable . Not a thing, from a sore right shin out of left field, to a right-side I-T band ready to knot up, to being sore in the saddle. Nothing felt right.

My legs had nothing. I do need a recovery day, but geesh, it's supposed to be this nice again tomorrow. Winter will be here before you know it, so I hate to waste sunny and 70's days in late summer.
