The Story
Wow. Just look at them. Beautiful fields of sunflowers now in full bloom out there on the road, looking just like the Tour de France.

All of the sudden there they were. And then more....and then more...and then more.
Two large fields of wonderful sunflowers and suddenly it felt like I was riding in the Tour de France because this is a classic scene from each year's Tour.

The view of these sunflowers was so fantastic I decided to re-name 'The View" route. No more farm field view from atop a hill, but rather, this ride will now be named after the sunflowers giving this spectacular view.
No issues riding today. I felt pretty good considering I have been off the bike for several days. So all things considered, a solid training ride, which ended with me waiting for the bridge deck to close in Menasha....the same bridge that someone on a bike went on to while it was going up....made national news when she dumped herself and her bike into the crack where the bridge had opened up.
I also saw a big old bomber-type plane gliding through blue sky while I was riding today...the things you see when it's time for the EAA Air Venture.
