The Story

Well I call this one the "Hot Hoodie" ride for a reason.

I kept this old hoodie on for the entire ride today in the hopes of sweating off some of the weight it APPEARS I have put on during Week 7 of my "Weigh-In Wednesday" segment on the PhilCast show.

The extra layer and the hard effort on the Carmichael workout today did indeed bring the desired big sweat.

Now that it's over, maybe I should get back on the scale in the hopes of just feeling a little better about the number I see. I mean, it had to have gone down at least a little, right?

Quick Irony:

The numbers corresponding to today's Carmichael were exactly the same as Monday's numbers.
