The Story

Let's do this Jeopardy! style, shall we?

A) What is 'a long time' Alex

Q) It takes this long for a groin pull injury to heal

Very true.

It has been over a week now, and it was never a serious pull to begin with, but I still can't shake it totally. I've been resting, but that has also been driving me crazy.

So today I tried to do something simple as a start on the road back.

Today all I did was put my PhilCast show on my computer and spin in the same easy gear for the length of the show.

And it went by rather quickly. That Phil guy is a pretty funny guy I guess.

Problem is that I can still feel that pull on my right side. Mind you, nothing bad, just nagging. And if you have ever gone through a groin pull injury, no matter the magnitude, you know it takes a ton of time to really fully get back to being 100%.
