The Story

I was on the fence as to whether or not I should even get on the bike today. I wanted to, but I know these nagging groin injuries take time to fully heal.

That's why I say I'm just nursing it, and not feeling very good about that fact either.

The groin pull felt much better today, so even though I know I should probably wait, I was going crazy with time on my hands so I decided to give a "6's" workout a spin.

Nothing fancy, just nice steady spinning to not only kill some time but to get some exercise as well. Turns out that's much needed, as I had to use a bye week for my Week 5 of Weigh-In-Wednesday on my radio show. The Super Bowl food did me no favors.

Now that I'm off the bike I feel the slight injury again, not bad, but nagging, as is often the case with these. Obviously I'm not healed up 100% yet.

I suppose more rest is needed.

Great.

And I do not mean that literally.
