The Story
I was able to do another complete Carmichael workout today for the second day in a row, this one just a tad better than yesterday's numbers.

My legs still feel very sluggish, almost sore by the end of the session.
Let's just put it this way, I feel glad when I see that I only have a few more minutes of cool down to go before I'm done and off the bike.
But as I have written before, it's not all about having great workouts or adventurous rides or setting personal bests.
A lot of being a cyclist is just putting in the grunt work, the unspectacular saddle time that allows for the better moments down the road because you've trained to accomplish them.
