The Story

Less than 24-hours after my last ride, there I was back on the trainer, today doing a 6's workout.
Remember that means just doing six-minute intervals in one harder gear for each of the first three segments, then back down one gear at a time to where you started....in in chunks of six minutes at a time.
No issues to report and I felt good.
Part of the story today is about sweat. Big sweat.
I have taken to pulling on an old and rather heavy hoodie over the top of the shirt I wear in an effort to get a really good sweat in. I think of it as a cleansing of sorts of the body.
I'm warmer (and wetter) than I need to be, but that is my intent in doing this. Sweat it out....as the old saying goes.
Over 100 miles now for the indoor season.
