The Story

I'm happy to report that today I put in a solid Carmichael workout without a single issue involved.

I felt fine throughout.

There's no magic here, but gritty, head-down work, going about your business in the hopes that it is doing a body good.

Part of that of course is hoping I am burning some calories as well, because tomorrow marks Week 3 of my 'Weigh-In Wednesday' segment with listeners of my PhilCast show.
