The Story

I kept my promise.

Today being a Wednesday in January means that my "Weigh-In Wednesday" segment was part of the PhilCast show. (CLICK HERE to listen)

I didn't do well on this, only the second week of trying to drop some pounds.

I did make a promise to listener and reader "Sue D." who reported her loss and bike workouts that I would do a full Carmichael workout right after the show. Not only did I keep that promise, but during the second rotation of making the effort intervals I upped the gearing by one, making that top-end gear a really stiff one!

Tired.

But I kept a promise and even made it more difficult as a bit of a little punishment for myself for failing to lose any weight this past week.

Week 3= I must do better.

As for the workout today, no problems, other than that pulled peck muscle continues to nag. But my legs and breathing were fine today.
