The Story

..and so it begins.

Another year of "Weigh-In Wednesday" reports.

Every year after eating to excess over the holiday period Thanksgiving through Easter, (and being totally off a bike of any kind) I report in on my progress (or lack thereof) on losing some holiday weight while getting back on the bike on a trainer to get ready for spring's annual call back out to the road.

I invite listeners/readers to join me so that we help to keep each other accountable week to week. Just email me your report each week before Wednesday morning when I record my PhilCast show and I will be reading them all on each Wednesday.

Today it was simply a matter of putting on the shoes, stretching for a little bit, then spinning steady for 20 minutes. It's time to ease back into this. Reports will continue here at my riding blog.
