The Story

I'm still hanging on.

I'm still riding outside, despite the date and the cold temps.

Today I was able to get out there and burn off some of the many, many Thanksgiving calories I consumed, and not just on Thanksgiving but for the entire Thanksgiving weekend.

But heck, that's why I love Thanksgiving so much. It's all about eating.

Now as I turn laps through the neighborhood, that water that was so inviting on a hot summer afternoon is now nothing more than a giant ice cube for wind to blow over, chilling me to the point where I never really felt like I warmed up today..

Christmas decorations now adorn many of the houses I am riding past.

45-ish degrees with filtered sun brings people outside at this time of year too. I saw plenty of dog walkers in the hood today.

So, my outdoor mile count for the 2017 season continues to click upward.

I'm not done out there yet this year!
